Issue official all external correspondences.
Maintain the general filing system up-to-date making sure documents are scanned, electronically filed and regularly backed-up and kept secured in a safe place.
Prepare regular reports, dashboards and presentations.
Keep control of inventory of units in coordination with Development Department.
Communicate, liaise and synchronize data on sold units with Finance and Development Departments.
Distribute commercial sales leads among sales staff and keep log of information.
Provide full support to staff in their absence and provide help to all team members during Sales and Marketing events.
Liaise with HR regarding the annual balance of vacations for Sales & Marketing Teams and Prepare “Monthly Attendance Sheet” for Department.
Make travel arrangements when required, issue payment recommendations of travel and other expenses for team members.
SAP input information as required.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Bachelor of Commerce
Minimum Experience: 3 Years
Word ( English and Arabic)
